4. Payment Terms

General Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month
• All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for work not yet commenced. Completed work is generally non-refundable, but we will work with clients to resolve any legitimate concerns.

5. Intellectual Property

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content, materials, and intellectual property you provide to us. You grant us a license to use such materials solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to custom work created specifically for your project, excluding our pre-existing intellectual property and third-party components.

Portfolio Usage

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply necessary content, materials, and access
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Ensure all provided content is legally compliant
• Communicate project requirements clearly

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We provide services "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of our services
